WG2PY is a program that can convert Wade-Giles romanization into 
Pinyin romanization. The current version is implemented as a 
companion application to Microsoft Winword 7.0 or above, as well 
as a console (DOS command line) application. It requires a 
Windows95 or WindowsNT environment. It consists of the executable 
wg2py.exe, the dynamic link library wg2py.dll and the dictionary 
files wg2pysyl.txt and wg2pywrd.txt, which you will get after 
unzipping the file wg2py.zip. The last three files must be placed 
in your Windows directory. Note that the aspiration sign is 
implemented as the straight single quote and the umlaut u as the 
letter v. For more information, please refer to the documentation
